Today we welcome Atty. Ferdinand Topacio as our guest of
honour and speaker. Atty. Topacio is a cousin of our PP Noni Topacio. Aside
from being a lawyer with high profile clients, our speaker is known to be a
very good singer. So, do we make him speak or sing, or both?
Last week, we enjoyed the company of Senator Teofisto
Guingona III who gave us insights on the news behind the headlines. We invited
other Rotarians to join us in our meeting and we were able to fill up the Centennial
Room of Club Filipino. As always, photos of Rotarians with our guest speaker
circulated in Facebook soon after the meeting.
Next week our District Governor Lirio Sandoval will visit
our club. Preparations are underway for this special occasion. Don’t forget to
come in our green barong.
